We learned that this Monday in Glendale, CA Warner Bros. Pictures will be test screening Michael Dougherty's Trick 'R Treat. The last time the film was tested was back in July of 2007 before the film was removed from its October 6th release. The reason for the latest screening is still unknown, but we're hoping that the rash of positive reviews and buzz has finally lit a fire under WB's arse. Hearing that the DVD won't come out until October 2008 was nauseating. This Halloween gem deserves better. Watch this spot for more soon. The film features four interwoven stories that occur on Halloween: An everyday high school principal has a secret life as a serial killer; a college virgin might have just met the one guy for her; a group of teenagers pull a mean prank; and a woman who loathes the night has to contend with her holiday-obsessed husband.
