Let me try and explain this: It's a cross between Robin Hood, deviancy and perversion, with a liberal dose of post-pre misandry. Confused? Ok think sexual deviancy with a bunch of women that rob people in a forest sometime in the past and you have Robber Girls. I've actually been watching this for a while and just found a trailer yesterday, and while it's Carla Lia Monti's first feature, it looks like a winner.
"Set some time in the undeterminable past: Emily is sent to work and live in his excellency's castle. She manages to escape into the woods, where she meets some lively hookers. Together they become Robber Girls taking a stand and fighting the patriarchy."
