Paris Hilton looked like she was in great spirits back from a weekend in Miami and out at Villa with Nicky and David last night. Maybe that smile on her face means she's not too worried about Benji's response to the photos of her cozying up with her ex Stavros or perhaps she's happy that she has an old flame back in the picture.
