Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this new feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes .

Sex & Nudity

Rogue is frustrated that she can't touch her boyfriend (because such contact would kill him). When he says it's okay, she reminds him that he's a guy and that his mind is only on one thing (meaning sexual thoughts).

There is a steamy scene about mid-way through the movie that parents might not approve of for smaller children. The two characters begin to kiss, then they explicitly makeout while trying to undress each other. But before they get very far, one of them realizes what is going on and tries to stop. Nothing is shown.

When one of the mutants is injected with the "cure", her body changes and she is naked. We see her full naked body, but the way her body is twisted, as she lies on the floor, the vital parts are out of sight.

Violence & Gore

We see Wolverine, Storm and others in a combat scene, where they're all trying to take cover from various laser blasts that are causing all sorts of property damage all around them (and nearly hitting most of them). During this, a large piece of debris bounces off two "shielded" characters and smacks into Wolverine's face, but the gash/wound instantly heals. He then has one character throw him at their assailant and we then see a huge robot's head fall to the ground (but we then see that all of this was just a simulation).

Several bodies are decenegrated into dust, there is no blood, but the sight could be disturbing to small children.

Profanity

At least 1 slang term using male genitals ("d*ck-head"), 4 hells, 2 damns, 1 ass, 2 uses of "Oh God" and 1 use each of "Dear Lord," "My God" and "Oh my God."

Wolverine is shown smoking cigars several times.

While possessed by her alter-ego, Jean Grey's face turns all blackish and shows facial veins (in several scenes). When mutants are injected with the "cure" their bodies violently twitch and shake for a couple of minutes.
