The first episodes of this series, or maybe the whole first season, felt sort of cheap. There were some poor effects and acting. I really do like the world of terminator movies though, so I gave the series a chance and kept watching and I haven't regretted.
I think that the series evolved already during the first season. The storyline evolved well and the world of terminator has captured me totally. Now this second season has a very professional feel to it. All the faults of the first one are fixed. Acting has gotten better and dialogs have become a little more believable. Effects are also a lot better and the storyline still flows well.
I deeply wish that those of you, who stopped watching after few episodes, get back with the series. Sarah Connor Chronicles truly is a great series. Just get over the cheap feeling in the beginning. If you like the world of terminator, you will enjoy this series.
